cancellation policy

During the AgQuip August period full payment will taken from your nominated credit card 30 days prior to arrival and no refund will be given for amendment or cancellation of bookings. During the Tamworth Country Music Festival period January the 1st nights accommodation will be debited from your nominated credit card at time of booking and is non refundable after 30th June should you cancel your booking. Full payment is due on 1st November and non refundable.
